PU parts with/without metal

SEE and LCC are equipped for manufacturing cast polyurethane parts. This process allows complex parts to be produced with inexpensive tooling. It is also very well adapted to manufacturing small production runs.

In addition, it means one can benefit from the excellent properties of polyurethane:

• Good tear resistance
• Excellent dynamic properties
• Abrasion resistance...

Our production capacities range from several grams to several kilos. We can produce parts entirely in polyurethane and we can perfectly control the adherisation of the polyurethane on metal parts as well as the coating of components.

A wide variety of polyurethanes may be used either cold or hot, depending on the customers’ requirements.
